Email Log

Every email your account sends is recorded here — automated notifications, reminders, mass emails, signing links, invoices, receipts.

What is recorded

  • Recipient
  • Subject
  • When it was sent
  • Status

Search by recipient or subject.

What it is for

"We never received that."

Open the log, search their email address, and you can see whether the message was sent, when, and to which address. Most of the time it went to an address with a typo in it, or to somebody who left the organization — both of which are fixable in a way that "we definitely sent it" is not.

What it does not tell you

The log records what your account sent. Whether it was delivered, opened, or filtered as spam is the receiving mail server's business, and delivery-status enrichment is not yet wired in.

If a message shows as sent and the recipient does not have it, the usual causes are:

  1. A typo in the address — check the recipient shown in the log
  2. Their spam filter — ask them to check, and to allowlist your sending domain
  3. A shared mailbox where somebody else read and archived it
  • Notifications — what the messages say
  • Reminders — when they fire
  • Individual records also show their own email history on the Activity tab
