Exhibitor Portal

Exhibitors log in to see their entries, their results, and what they have won.

What exhibitors see

Entries

Everything they have entered this season, with the class, the reference code, the fee, and whether it has been checked in.

Because exhibitors live at the account level rather than per event, their history across seasons is there too — what they entered in previous years and how it did.

Results

Once you publish, placements appear here along with the judge's notes.

The notes are the part exhibitors care about most. A ribbon says how they did; the notes say why, and that is what brings people back next year.

Nothing is visible until you publish, so you can tabulate, override, and review first.

Premiums

What they are owed, and — if you offer it — the option to donate it back to the fair.

Once paid, the payout is recorded here with the method and date, which answers most of the questions the office would otherwise field in October.

Signing in

The same routes as the other portals: password, magic email link, or SMS code.

Exhibitor numbers

Their exhibitor number is shown in the portal. It is the number on their claim tags, and the reason judging stays anonymous.

Entering

New entries are made on the public entry page rather than inside the portal. A returning exhibitor entering there is recognized and keeps their number.
